Susan Pace BS

Susan is the Director of Operations at DBT Center of Orange County. In this role, she manages many aspects of the business including human resourcing, scheduling, finance and overall operations. As a former owner and operator of a long standing IT staffing company, and as an integral part of a 2-year software development venture, Susan understands the importance of processes, procedures and accountability.

Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Cal State University Fullerton and is a big believer in opportunities and ideas that transcend boundaries.

Before joining our company in 2014, Susan prided herself in being a full time mom of four. This was by far her most challenging and rewarding position and one that has led her to continue her education in marriage and family counseling.

Susan’s combined experience and passion have made her a valuable organizational asset to DBT Center of Orange County. We’re happy to have her help promote an environment that helps therapists and clients foster strong and nurturing relationships.
