DBT Program Clinician and Skills Facilitator

Kathryn is a registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern who is passionate about helping people to live more balanced and healthy lives. Foundationally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy by Behavioral Tech, Kathryn provides individual therapy as well as DBT Skills coaching and also co-facilitates our DBT Skills Groups and Adult Intensive Outpatient Program.

Kathryn received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. For the past 18 years, Kathryn has also specialized in Mind/Body development, training in meditation, mindfulness and yoga. She is adept at helping her patients with the integration of mind, body and spirit. Kathryn works with adults, teens and families and has experience in the treatment of eating disorders, mood disorders and personality disorders. Kathryn is also the mother of two adolescent daughters who teach her daily about the preciousness of being present in each moment.
