Emily Mandelstam AMFT
Emily graduated with her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. Since the beginning of her clinical work, she has focused on delivering DBT, even incorporating these concepts and skills into other settings. Building on this foundation, she has further training in Adherent DBT and DBT-PE (Prolonged Exposure).
Emily curates a space that blends warmth with candor and humor with sincerity, reinforced by a nonjudgmental approach to therapy. Her goal is to create a comfortable space to discuss the uncomfortable. She is enthusiastic about supporting clients sculpting their preferred futures at a myriad of life stages. Emily gladly welcomes working with couples as well as individuals, and is versed in sensitivity to the LGBTQIA+ and ENM/polyamorous communities.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys Dungeons & Dragons, learning new musical instruments, and tending to her menagerie of flora and fauna.
