Catherine Mann BS
Catherine was drawn to the DBT Center of Orange County because of personal growth she attributes to completing DBT as an adolescent and finding her life worth living. She incorporates mindfulness, yoga, and DBT Skills into her every day life in order to keep her grounded. She graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Development–Human Services/Psychology with an emphasis on mental health. She previously worked for NAMI-OC, the largest grassroots mental health organization in the nation where she further developed her passion for the field of mental health. When she’s not working you can find her on her yoga mat with her toes in the sand, dancing her worries away to her favorite music, or honing her creative spirit by crafting. She plans to one day obtain a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and treat patients with emotional dysregulation to help them find their Life Worth Living goals as well.
